Our Team.
As husband and wife, Rodney and Kristine work together to complete your project. Rodney will design the project plans collaboratively with Kristine's Interior Design insight to bring your vision to life. After pursuing their professions as employees for others within the field of construction and design for many years, in 2007, they began their own design-and-build company, naming it after their three daughters, Selena, Ariel, and Isis. Since then, they've successfully brought many projects to life along the Oregon Coast. From new single-family homes, remodels of generational cabins, and even the Pronto Pup, there's no job too big or small.

Project Manager, Project Designer, Office and Construction Management - Residential, Remodeling, CSI, LC & Commercial Construction.
Lead Management- Comprehensive proposals, estimating, quotes, takeoffs, dimensions, contracts, allowances, specifications, reports, final proposals, and job reports.
Creating and maintaining schedules, creating and finalizing change orders-tracking change orders, cost coding, billing, and subcontractor insurance tracking.
Subcontractor management, construction reports, bank draws, applications for payment AIA forms, construction calendars, vendors, aggregate reporting, marketing, and advertising.
Frequently working with Architects, Surveyors, Engineers, Appraisers, Realtors, DSL, DEQ, Corp of Engineers, City, County State agencies, and Public-Private Utility companies throughout the Northwest. Reference letters are available upon request.
